Shipping policy

Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frames listed above and then ship out orders. Shipping take 2-5 days.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

The customer is responsible for paying the correct shipping amount for products purchased. If there is not enough postage to cover shipping, customer will be required to submit remaining balance for shipping before any packages are shipped. 

Please be sure to put your correct mailing address. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. For your convenience, shipping rates are based on your location and is calculated at the time of checkout. International and domestic shipping available. If an item is returned, you are responsible to cover the reshipment fees.
